After coating the aluminum alloy shell of the new energy vehicle battery pack, it can block moisture invasion through a hydrophobic barrier, combined with a salt spray resistance of over 3000 hours, prolonging the battery service life.
Its application advantages also lie in the process adaptability. It can self-cure at room temperature without the need for high-temperature baking, suitable for industrial processes such as spraying and immersion coating. It also has 0-level adhesion and UV resistance, and the hydrophobic effect does not easily fade under long-term outdoor use, providing a coating solution for automobiles that combines hydrophobic self-cleaning and long-term protection.
