Flexible silicone heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating is a new generation of green and environmentally friendly coating. It is widely used for anti-corrosion of steel structures such as high-speed railway stations, factory steel structures, bridges, storage tanks, pipelines and other steel and plastic pipes, as well as pipelines, storage tanks and other metal surfaces in petrochemical plants. It can also be used for waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and anti-freezing and thawing of concrete structures such as railways and buildings.
Product characteristics
1). Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, no powdering, no cracking, no peeling, no peeling
2). Resistant to high and low temperature environments, operating temperature -40~200℃

5). The bottom surface is integrated and the surface treatment requirements of the substrate are low (St2 level is enough)
6). The validity period is long. According to user requirements, the validity period can reach up to 15 years.

How to use
Before construction, the construction site should be rusted, slag removed, and dust removed.
After opening the lid, use a roller or airless sprayer to apply. If there is cured paint on the wall of the barrel, clean it before use. If the viscosity is too high during construction, a corresponding diluent can be used, and the diluent addition ratio should not exceed 5%.
If secondary construction is required, it can be carried out 6 hours after the initial construction (the thickness of the initial construction shall not exceed 1mm)
After the construction is completed, the cover should be tightly closed in time, and if necessary, a film should be used for sealing and storage.
Storage and validity period
They are non-dangerous goods and can be transported as non-dangerous goods. Please store in a cool, dry place with a temperature below 27°C. The validity period is 9 months.
Precautions
It cannot be mixed with other coatings and should not be exposed to the air for a long time. Keep it evenly dispersed during use.
Safe storage conditions: Avoid heat sources, flames, sparks, acids, alkalis, and oxidants. Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, and keep sealed.
