In the minds of many, high-temperature resistant materials are often associated with "hardness" and "brittleness". However, the eco-friendly solid resin IOTA 6106 is an innovative material that breaks the "high-temperature resistance equals brittleness" stereotype.
IOTA 6106 is a pure silicone resin, inherently possessing outstanding properties such as high-temperature resistance, electrical insulation, water repellency, moisture resistance, and resistance to electric arcs and corona. It also performs well in terms of climate aging resistance, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, and ozone resistance, making it an ideal choice for creating special environment coating protection.

Unlike traditional liquid resins, IOTA 6106 appears as colorless or light yellow powder/pebble-like. This solid form brings several significant advantages: no solvents, solving the problem of volatile organic compound emissions at the source; stable storage, not sticky at room temperature, and the powder does not easily clog during storage; high solid content, with a solid content of over 99%, meaning minimal waste and high utilization rate.
