Solvent-free pure silicone emulsion can solve the above problems. Solvent-free pure silicone resin is made by pre-hydrolyzing and condensing the silane coupling agent into a solid silicone resin. The solid silicone resin does not contain alkoxy groups, which avoids the release of alcohol during use. Then a special emulsification process is used to convert the solid silicone resin into a solid silicone resin. The resin is evenly dispersed in water to form a stable emulsion. Solvent-free pure silicone resin avoids the introduction of solvents and the release of by-product solvents, and is fundamentally green and environmentally friendly with zero VOC.
