Release agent silicone oil (organic silicone release agent) is a special coating material based on the polysiloxane chemical system. It forms an elastic film layer with isolation properties through the addition curing reaction of vinyl silicone oil (main agent) and hydrogen-containing silicone oil (cross-linking agent) under the action of platinum catalyst. The long-chain siloxane skeleton in its molecular structure gives it unique low surface tension and chemical stability.
Strong temperature adaptability
High temperature resistance: It can work stably in the range of -60℃ to 200℃, suitable for high-temperature vulcanization processes (such as rubber products) or low-temperature freezing scenarios.
Thermal stability: The film layer does not decompose after curing, avoiding the risk of carbonization and mold contamination of traditional wax-based release agents at high temperatures.
Controllable release effect
By adjusting the viscosity of vinyl silicone oil (300-100,000cs) and cross-linking density, gradient control from light peeling (residual rate 78-85%) to heavy peeling (residual rate>90%) can be achieved, which is suitable for different substrates (such as PET film, glassine paper).
Excellent surface properties
Low migration: After curing, the silicone oil molecules are cross-linked into a network structure, and almost do not migrate to the adhesive layer, avoiding "silicon pollution" and causing bonding failure.
Good wettability: It can quickly spread on polar/non-polar substrates (such as plastics and metals) to form a uniform release layer.
Environmental protection and safety
Solvent-free products (such as Yongzhuo 8650#) can avoid VOCs emissions and comply with environmental protection standards such as RoHS and REACH.
High physiological inertness, can be used for food packaging release paper (must comply with FDA food contact material certification).
