The production of dimethyl silicone oil mainly relies on the catalytic reaction of silane and methanol. First, silane and methanol are added to the reactor in a certain proportion, heated to a certain temperature, and reacted under the action of the catalyst to generate dimethylsilane. Subsequently, by-products and unreacted raw materials are removed by distillation and other methods to obtain dimethyl silicone oil.
During the production process, dimethyl silicone oil also needs to be filtered, dehydrated, deacidified and other post-processing steps to improve the purity and stability of the product. The production process of dimethyl silicone oil is relatively complicated, but its unique properties make it highly competitive in the market.
