Temperature control

Generally speaking, it is appropriate to use electric heating for LSR molding, usually with a strip electric heater, a cylindrical heater or a heating plate. The key is to evenly distribute the temperature field throughout the mold to promote uniform solidification of the LSR. On large molds, the most cost-effective heating method is oil temperature controlled heating.
